Meet the Leadership

Lee and Misha first collaborated in 2015 on an exclusive proposal on behalf of Roberto Cavalli in NY, that later expanded to venues in Los Angeles, and Toronto.

They co-formed Hunter Hayes Consortium LLP which focussed on distressed assets of opportunity, and large scale acquisition and redevelopment schemes in the Caribbean, and Europe.

Our investors gain comfort from our unique technical background and experience. It forms the backbone of sound development planning, and realistic financial analysis that is relied upon to render investment decisions.

Our work shapes our built environment and contributes to the qualify of life for many. We take our role seriously and measure a projects merit not only on it's financial performance, but ask how can we enhance the user experience, and how can the project benefit the local community.

Industry experience

After a storied career designing high-end residential projects, Lee expanded into retail, hospitality and commercial projects of scale.

 

He later guided the company to focus on major capital mixed use masterplanned schemes.

Haus of Stein now offers a full service range; crafting projects at their genesis, structuring projects & placing investment, feasibility, branding, and execution services.

Lee continues to accept private design commissions on a case-by-case basis.

Entering the industry at the yound age of 15 with the design of a UK shopping center, built in 1991.

Misha's project portfolio exceeds $3 billion and has worked closely with some of the worlds leading financial institutions including Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Wood Gundy, Laurentian Bank, Dundee Bancorp, Salomon Brothers, Merrill Lynch and first Chicago Bank.
 

Misha works with several high profile international brands across business, hospitality, marina, fashion, and culinary industries.

 

He also held the master franchise for REMAX in eastern Europe.
